sudo apt-get remove --purge 2.6.28-14-*

This code deleted the Ubuntu 9.04 2.6.28.14 kernel</description>

We added   
&lt;welcome-file&gt;/axis2-web/index.jsp&lt;/welcome-file&gt; 
to the welcome-file-list entry.

We also added 
    &lt;load-on-startup&gt;1&lt;/load-on-startup&gt; 
to the servlet (apache-Axis servlet) entry .</description>
